Am I in heaven? I love your podcast, but with this content you go directly into the mtg podcast hall of fame. Can`t wait to listen to this. Best podcast in the internet. O.o

I posted this on the wrong podcast post:

I understand you were trying to throw up some content close to GPDC and you were trying to take advantage of the people you could get access to for interviews. I’m not sure what your current setup is (regarding iPhone and mics), but I’m curious if there is a better setup you can use? Maybe spend some money on a good mic you can plug into the iPod?

The fidelity was really bad and there was some sort of interference periodically when you were recording in the car.

On a different note: BHJ, do you feel vindicated that Royal Assassin made an appearance after all?

We’ve got a pretty decent mic that plugs into the iPod—in fact, this is the same device we use to record all of our episodes. For some reason, recording in the car gives us problems. I believe it has something to do with hitting bumps in the road.

I’m always open to suggestions though. I want the podcast to sound as good as possible! 🙂

Us recording in the car is like that kid who sticks the fork in the electrical socket over and over. We know we shouldn’t do it, but on a whim it seems like such a great idea and we get the idea stuck in our heads that it will work better this time.

Look forward to more of these in the future lol…
