I’m not saying Blightsteel Colossus isn’t an amazing card, but do you think it’s something that should have been created?
I can’t say I disagree with Chapin’s assessment of the card. It’s what he’s been tweeting about the most.
I completely agree with you (and Chapin, etc, etc). I don’t like the card, mainly for the reasons stated already by Chapin and Geordie Tait and several others.
It pretty much completely obsoletes the card it is supposed to be referencing (Darksteel Colossus). I wouldn’t have had a problem with it if it didn’t have Trample.
We may talk more about this on the next episode (#55, since Ep54 has already been recorded).
